COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Zoning Board of Appeals took care of a couple of housekeeping matters when they met for the first time since January on Wednesday afternoon.
They agreed to keep having their meetings at 4:30 p.m. on the third Wednesday of the month during 2026.
The Board also named Dave Sattler as the new Vice Chair. He will take over the position from Mike Eddy, whose term on the Z.B.A. has expired.
The vacancy was filled by Sarah Zeiler after she was appointed by Mayor Tom Kramer last month. Her term expires in May 2028.
With no action items or cases on the agenda, Planning Director Robert Hawley conducted a training session on effective decision making.
