STEUBEN COUNTY, IN (WTVB) – U.S. Marshals are requesting help from the public to locate a married couple from Steuben County.
Joseph McDowell and Cassondra Sauber are wanted for many different charges dealing with child molestation and exploitation. They have been on the run since 2020.
McDowell is charged with 2 counts of Child Exploitation, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by Serious Violent Felon, 5 counts of Possession of Child Pornography Repeat Sexual Offender, Failing to Register as a Sex Offender and 3 counts of Child Molesting where defendant is at least 21 years of age
Sauber is charged with Child Molesting where defendant is at least 21 years of age.
