COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Vendors are wanted for Downtown Coldwater’s Apple Fest on Saturday Sept 20.
Along with over 200 vendor booths overflowing with treats and treasures, attendees can expect to enjoy live music performances and a range of activities for all ages, including a pie-eating contest and a kid’s corner.
Coldwater Rec. Department’s Festival Coordinator Mariah Welke says” Whether it’s your first time or you’ve been coming for years, you won’t want to miss this year’s Apple Fest! We know it will help you get into the fall spirit with our wide variety of quality vendors offering seasonal delights and unique finds”.
Plans are still being finalized for all activities. Vendor applications are available under the Rec Department tab at Coldwater.org. The last few years, organizers of the event have seen an uptick in social media comments from scammers claiming to be representatives of the festival, so potential vendors are reminded to be vigilant and only communicate with representatives of the City of Coldwater, including Mariah Welke, Julie Santure, or Margo Boyd at the Coldwater Recreation Center.
The annual festival is free to the public and will take place from 9AM to 3PM in the Tibbits Plaza, along the south side of US12, and along South Monroe and South Hanchett Streets.
