BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – The Bronson Community Foundation proudly recognized Altrusa International on Thursday for their generosity and commitment to the Bronson community.
Most recently, Altrusa awarded the Foundation a $3,000 grant to repair the roof of the city’s historic Art Deco-style marquee. This landmark is a treasured piece of local history, but also serves as the community’s primary message board, keeping residents informed and connected.
Patrick Bird with the Bronson Community Foundation says “We are sincerely grateful for everything Altrusa International of Branch County has done, and continues to do, for Bronson, their support helps ensure that our historic theater remains welcoming for generations to come.”
To recognize this contribution, the Foundation presented Altrusa with a plaque, which will be permanently displayed in the theater’s inner lobby.
