BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – As the leaves begin to fall, residence in Bronson can now begin to place them between the sidewalk and the curb for pick up through the end of the season.
The city is asking residence to make sure the leaf piles have no sticks or branches mixed, the say this will prevent pick up and could clog or damage the machine.
They also ask residence to not rake or blow leaves onto the roadway.
Keeping them out of the road prevents storm sewers from becoming clogged and assists with safety for vehicle, pedestrian and other traffic.
