MARSHALL, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater High School swim and dive team traveled to Marshall for their second Interstate 8 Conference dual meet of the season Thursday.
The Lady Cards got off to a fast start taking the lead after the first event 10-4, but Marshall was able to tie the score 15-15 after the second event.
The Cardinals took the lead again after three events 24-22 and never relinquished it again, coming away with a 95-91 victory over the Redhawks.
Sienna Losinski won the 50 Free and 100 Butterfly, Macy Poradzisz won the diving event. and Sonya Shchendryhina won the 100 Breaststroke.
The relay team of Sidney Aseltine, Sonya, Sienna, and Carly Krzyzanski won the 200 Medley relay. The team of Sonya, Ambriah Lewis, Sidney, and Sienna won the 200 Freestyle relay.
Coldwater swims again next week when they travel to Battle Creek Lakeview.
