UNION CITY, MI (WTVB) -The Southern Michigan Bank & Trust branches in Union City and Tekonsha are holding a Holiday Food Drive to fight hunger in the local community.
The bank is collecting non-perishable and canned goods through November 14, 2025, to support families in need during the holiday season.
Donations can be dropped off at two SMBT locations:
225 N Broadway Street, Union City, MI 49094
202 N Main Street, Tekonsha, MI 49092
All proceeds from the food drive will benefit two local organizations: Our Savior Lutheran Church’s Community Food Pantry and Union Church – United Church of Christ’s Community Food Pantry. The bank encourages community members to contribute to help ensure local families have food on their tables this holiday season.
