BRONSON,MI (WTVB) – A wave of green has been afoot in downtown Bronson this week, as the city prepares to host its first-ever “Grinchmas” celebration on Saturday.
According to Assistant City Manager Patrick Bird the idea for “Grinchmas” came about after consulting with downtown business owners and residents on finding a unique way to celebrate the holiday.
The Grinch has been spotted around Bronson all week at several businesses including a receiving a massage, trying out new tools, mixing smoothies and getting a makeover.
Bird says it was all part of building the excitement for Saturdays inaugural event that will take part all across the downtown area and culminate with showing of the Grinch movie.
“Grinchmas” will take place Saturday evening in downtown Bronson from 5-7 p.m.
