COLDWATER, MI (WVB) – The Coldwater High School bowling teams hosted Hastings Thursday at Midway Lanes.
The varsity girls kept rolling with a 28-2 win, taking both regular games 745-459 and 630-534, taking totals 1425-993 and also taking both Baker games 160-94 and 161-101, with totals of 321-195
The girls were led by Grace Tuttle with a 168 and Kylie Cook a 160
The Saxons did not field a JV girls team.
The varsity boys struggled again today, losing 26 to 4, losing all games. Kahle Weis led Coldwater with a 185 and Carson Smith rolled a 175.
The JV boys bowled a short handed Saxon team, coming out on top 30-0. They were led by Brandon Hughes with a spectacular set of 222 and 211 for a fine 433 set.
The teams are off until December 28 when they host their singles tournament and then New Year’s Eve they will travel to Bronson for the Sturgis Singles Tournament.
