COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Branch County Association of REALTORS® (BCAR) recently hosted its 2025 Christmas Party, bringing together members and affiliates to celebrate the past year, recognize years of service and install association leadership.
BCAR presented its annual awards, including 2025 REALTOR® of the Year Jim Borden, 2025 Affiliate of the Year Eric Ellison of Union Home Mortgage – The Ellison Infinity Team, and the President’s Award to Carri Foley for her exceptional dedication to the association. The evening also included a heartfelt farewell to Association Executive Sandy Duvendack in recognition of her years of service as she prepares for retirement.
Guests enjoyed live and silent auctions, raffle baskets, a photo booth, and dueling pianos entertainment. Surplus food was donated to Genesis Outreach Center, and funds raised will benefit Levi’s Light, Let’s Drive Forward, Family Promise, and Alturas’s Happy Feet.
