COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Enjoy the colder months of driving in Coldwater with little to no road work being performed, that’s because City Manager Keith Baker says just like last summer they have several road projects planned for 2026.
He says they will use the revenue from a property tax millage as well as an increase in state funding from a marijuana excise tax to tackle several projects.
Baker says several of the projects much like last summer will involve complete reconstruction, and will also include the repaving of a main artery through town
You do have some time before the cones and barricades come back out Baker says those projects aren’t scheduled to begin until later next spring.
