LANSING, MI (WTVB) – 51 people have won at least $1-million in 2025 in prizes from the Michigan Lottery.
Officials say the largest prize was a record $32.91-million in the Lotto 47 game won December 13. That ticket was purchased at Wild Bills Tobacco on Gratiot Avenue in Chesterfield, and has not yet been claimed.
The Michigan Lottery says around 220 people won at least $100,000 this year.
The only big winner in the area came in August, when a $2-million winning ticket was sold at the Lightning Quick Gas and Go in Sturgis.
Since the lottery began in 1972, players have collected $58 billion in prize money.
