COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce is calling for final submissions for its 72nd Annual Community Awards, with a primary nomination deadline set for January 18, 2026.
This annual tradition honors the individuals, businesses, and organizations that have made significant contributions to the Branch County community over the past year. Community members are encouraged to nominate those who demonstrate exceptional leadership and dedication across several categories, including Citizen of the Year, Business of the Year, Educator of the Year, and Young Professional of the Year.
To be eligible, all nominees must be residents of or represent a business located within Branch County. Submissions must include a completed form and a letter of recommendation of up to 750 words detailing the nominee’s achievements.
Forms can be submitted through the Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce website, https://www.coldwaterchamber.com/copy-of-70th-annual-community-awards via email, or dropped off at the Chamber office. Honorees will be celebrated during the official Awards Dinner scheduled for March 5, 2026, at the Dearth Community Center.
