Pauline Anna Voss, 100, of Quincy, Michigan passed away Thursday, January 8, 2026, at Maple Lawn Medical Care Facility in Coldwater Michigan.
Funeral services will be held Friday, January 16, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. at the Eagle Funeral Home-George White Chapel in Quincy with Deacon Al Sosinski officiating.
The family will receive friends for visitation Friday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service. The graveside service will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Lansing, MI.
She was born October 20, 1925 in Cleveland, Ohio to Herman and Caroline (Eckert) Miller. She married Richard Elsworth Voss July 24, 1945, and they resided in Lansing and in later years, she resided in Quincy and Jerome. Richard preceded her in death in 1998.
Pauline graduated from Lansing Sexton High School with the Class of 1944. She was previously employed at Linn’s Camera Shop, food services at Waverly Stoner School, and later as a school bus driver for both Waverly School District and Lansing School District where she worked for many years before retiring in 1976.
Pauline enjoyed creating oil, watercolor, and acrylic paintings. She had a love for music, playing the piano and tap dancing, and she stayed active through volleyball, and traveling in North America and Europe. She also volunteered as a Boy Scout leader.
Pauline loved camping, going to the beach, traveling, and especially spending time at her lake cottage with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Pauline is survived by three children, Robin (Dr. Janice) Voss of Ann Arbor, MI, Pamela Wils of Rapid River, MI and Todd (Soni) Voss of Jenison, MI; eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Herman Miller; mother, Caroline (Eckert) Ammon; step-father, Clarence Ammon; son, Lanny H. Voss; and son-in-law, John V. Wils.
The family of Pauline would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Maple Lawn Medical Care Facility for their friendship and excellent care she received during her stay.
