QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater High School wrestling team two first place finishers and put six total on the podium as they captured second place at Quincy’s Shawn Cockrell Memorial Invitational Saturday.
Raul Cecilio and Kayden Roby each took first place in their weight classes, with Fletcher Barr second, Dayton Miller third, and Ruben Torres and Gabe Noguez each finished fourth.
The Shawn Cockrell Memorial Invitational is an annual high school wrestling tournament held at honoring the former Quincy wrestler who died in 1993 in a automobile accident.
