COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Authorities in Branch County took two men into custody on Friday following separate investigations into serious sexual criminal allegations.
Alec Kamden Heuer was arrested by Michigan State Police and face a total of seven charges, including three counts of second degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC), and three counts of aggravated possession of CSC material.
Additionally, Heuer is charged with the use of a computer in the commission of a crime.
In a separate incident, Noble David Vater-Lebron was apprehended by the Branch County Sheriff’s Department.
Vater-Lebron faces charges of third-degree criminal sexual conduct and accosting children for immoral purposes.
Both men were lodged at the Branch County Jail where they remained over the weekend awaiting their formal arraignments.
