COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater Main Street has announced its participation in a specialized Business Recruitment service offered through Michigan Main Street and the Michigan Economic Development Corporation to enhance downtown revitalization efforts.
This intensive program equips the community with professional tools, market data, and tailored materials designed to attract new investment and jobs to the central business district.
The initiative includes a “recruitment challenge” where consultants from the Downtown Professionals Network role-play as prospective businesses, providing real-time feedback and actionable recommendations to improve the town’s attraction strategy.
This hands-on approach allows local leaders to evaluate their current processes and strengthen their ability to secure new, long-term business partnerships.
