COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater City Council approved a 12-year Obsolete Property Rehabilitation Act (OPRA) tax exemption for Kev Kor Enterprises, LLC Monday, greenlighting a $3 million redevelopment of the old Family Fare building at 410 Marshall Street.
The project will transform the obsolete site into a mixed-use facility featuring a grocery market, restaurant and bar, and recreational space, expected to create jobs and boost local commercial activity.
Project Developer Darrel Hoag says the business will have a Horrocks Market feel with entertainment and more.
Hoag says they plan to start construction in June and hope to have it competed by late October.
