COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Planning Commission approved a Special Use Permit as well as the Site Plan as part of the planned $3 million redevelopment of the old Family Fare building at 410 Marshall Street.

The Coldwater City Council approved a 12-year Obsolete Property Rehabilitation Act tax exemption for the developers from Kev Kor Enterprises on April 27.
In other business, the Planning Commission approved a Special Land Use permit request submitted by Jessica Johnson to establish and operate a Group Child Care Home at 88 North Sprague Street in the Seeley Park Subdivision Addition.
She previously owned and operated “Little Vikes and Tykes” in Bronson but the family relocated to Coldwater last January.
She plans to call her new business “Memories in the Mitten Daycare”.
