COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The inaugural Dog-O-Rama festival will take over the Branch County Fairgrounds in Coldwater, , on Saturday, May 30, offering a jam-packed schedule of activities for local canine lovers and their four-legged friends.
Kicking off at 9:00 AM, the pet-centric festival features a high-energy dog obstacle course led by Laura Johns, alongside expert trick demonstrations and specialized training skills hosted by Jackie Harris and Lori Sauceda.
Attendees can also watch live search and rescue demonstrations, learn about the impact of local therapy dogs, and explore a variety of commercial vendor booths packed with pet supplies and unique merchandise.
Beyond the entertainment, the community-focused event highlights essential pet health, resource awareness, and local rescue operations. Dr. Joanna Bronson, DVM, will be on-site to provide professional canine medical advice, while coordinators share affordable spay and neuter resources.
For families looking to expand their households, the Humane Society of Branch County will feature adoptable animals alongside representatives from the local Refurbished Pets program.
