EATON RAPIDS, MI (WTVB) – The high school girls soccer season came to an abrupt conclusion Tuesday for the last team from Branch County left in this year’s MHSAA Tournament. Quincy was shut out by Eaton Rapids 8-0 in a Division 3 District Semifinal contest hosted by the Greyhounds.
The Orioles concluded their season with an 11-5 overall record. Eaton Rapids will face Columbia Central Thursday for the District title after the Golden Eagles defeated Michigan Centre 2-1 in the other District Semifinal game.
