COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Country Conference & Visitors Bureau has officially launched its newest “Promote Coldwater Country” photo contest, inviting local photographers and residents to showcase the area’s visual charm.
Participants have until Sunday, June 28, 2026, to submit their best snapshots capturing the unique essence, scenery, and landmarks of Coldwater Country.
Anyone interested in entering the competition should review the full contest rules and criteria, which have been made available below.
Excitement for the competition is ramping up due to the prize awaiting the lucky winner.
The top photographer will receive two tickets to the highly anticipated baseball game between the Detroit Tigers and the Philadelphia Phillies.
This special sports outing is scheduled to take place on Saturday, July 11, 2026, offering a perfect mid-summer reward for capturing the best of the community.
How to enter:
Email only ONE photo to info@coldwatercountry.com by midnight on Sunday, June 28, 2026.
Include
-your full name
– phone number
– location of where photo was taken
– event name or brief description (if applicable)
Contest Rules
1. Photo must be YOUR original work.
2. High-resolution, clear image with NO watermarks and no excessive editing.
3. AI-generated images are not eligible.
4. Photo must be family-friendly content and taken within Branch County.
5. Subject matter should promote Coldwater Country tourism, including area lakes, attractions, locations, events, recreation, etc.
6. Limit one entry per person.
Photo Usage
By submitting your photo, you confirm that you own the photo and grant Coldwater Country CVB permission to use it in print and digital promotions. Submissions may be lightly edited or cropped for clarity, quality or layout.
Judges & Voting
A panel of judges will select the top three entries. Finalists will be posted on Facebook for public voting between June 30 and July 3, 2026. The winner will be announced the following week and the Tigers tickets will be delivered via email.
