COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater police last night arrested 25-year Gabriel Ferando Molina Perez on assault charges.
During the booking process at the Branch County Jail, it was learned Molina-Perez has a an ICE hold and will now face deportation.
According to arrest records he was also arrested on similar charges in January of 2025 and moved to Coldwater after living for a time in Kissimmee, Florida.
So far no details have been released in what led to last nights arrest and subsequent charges.
