Cristina Tepepa, 43, of Bronson passed away Sunday, August 2, 2026, at the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor.
Visitation will be held Thursday, August 6, 2026 from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at Dutcher Funeral Home in Bronson.
Cremation will follow the visitation. Interment will take place at a later date at Bronson Cemetery.
Cristina was born October 12, 198, in Harlingen, Texas, to Efrain Martinez and Elva Aguilar. She later married the love of her life, Pascual Tepepa, May 6, 2017.
Cristina spent many years working at a daycare, where she found great joy in caring for children. She was a faithful member of St. Mary of Assumption Church in Bronson.
Cristina enjoyed dancing, barbecues, babysitting, and, above all, spending time with her family. Cristina had a special love for children and was known for her warm heart, kindness, and caring spirit. She was friendly, compassionate, and truly touched the lives of everyone who knew her.
Cristina is survived by her loving husband, Pascual Tepepa; her mother, Elva Aguilar; her children, Omar Dominguez, Juanita Tepepa, Sonya Tepepa, Madalynn Tepepa, and Nelly (Ray) Cordova; her siblings, Efrain Martinez, Alex (Javier) Montoya, Francisco Lara, Joshua Meija, Daniel (Ariel) Meija, and Erika Martinez; as well as many beloved cousins, aunts, uncles, extended family members, and friends.
Cristina was preceded in death by her grandparents, as well as many cherished aunts, uncles, and cousins.
