QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – Quincy Community Schools is looking to fill a vacancy on its Board of Education, after Erin Veysey stepped down following eight years on the board.
The board plans to name her replacement at their meeting September 21, with the application deadline Tuesday, September 8 at 12:00 p.m.
Potential candidates should submit their letter of interest to Superintendent John Denney at denneyj@quincyschools.org, or mail it to the Quincy Administration Office, One Educational Parkway, Quincy MI 49082.
The person selected for the position will serve until December 31, 2026. One of three candidates in the November election will take over January 1, 2027.
