JACKSON, MI (WTVB) – Both Quincy and Union City ran at the JPEC Falcon Invitational Wednesday, hosted by Jackson Prep and Early College at Ella Sharp Park. The Orioles finished second in the boys and girls races, with 60 points for the boys and 50 for the girls. Union City’s boys team was third with 88 points, while the Lady Chargers did not have a team score. Jonesville won both races.
Quincy’s Hunter Walker ran to a fourth place finish in the boys race, with Carter Feltner ninth, Nathan Dunn 12th, Coy Wood 17th, and Nolan King 20th. Union City’s Cullen Decker was seventh, while Noah June was 13th, Luke McKown 18th, Luke Arlt 28th, and Anthony Mahley 32nd.
In the girls race, Kendyl Musielewicz led the Lady O’s with her third place finish, while Bailey Porter placed 10th, Lauren Tappenden 13th, Peyton Proctor 24th, and Victoria Francis 26th. For the Chargers, Parker Williams was 11th, Allison Gautsche 12th, Jasreman Kaur 18th, and Carly Smith 22nd.
