COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Montgomery man was found not guilty of stalking on Thursday in Branch County District Court.
A jury found 62-year-old Mark Yearling innocent of the charge after a two day trial. The trail was originally expected to go only one day.
The case was filed by Branch County Prosecutors in March of 2017 following a Michigan State Police investigation.
A Coldwater Township woman made the accusations against Yearling.
She claimed Yearling had been sending letters to her for years.
