BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – The Bronson Vikings got a home court win on Tuesday night as they defeated the Concord Yellow Jackets 56-47 in a Big 8 Conference boys basketball contest.
Aden Hathaway scored a game-high 17 points for the Vikings and had four assists. Mason Harris had 13 points and Reagan Mayer had 11 points and seven rebounds.
The victory for the Vikings ended a four game losing streak. Bronson is now 3-4 overall and 2-3 in the Big 8.
In other Big 8 games involving Branch County teams, Quincy dropped their second straight game as they lost at Jonesville 60-28. The Orioles are now 3-3 overall and 2-3 in the conference. Union City lost at home to Reading 63-43 as the Chargers record drops to 2-4.
