COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The criminal sexual conduct case of a Quincy man has been bound over to Branch County Circuit Court after he waived his preliminary exam in District Court.
48-year-old Jason Darrell McKenzie is facing first and second degree criminal sexual conduct charges following an investigation by the Branch County Sheriff’s Department into an alleged incident involving a relative last September.
His bond remains at $100,000.
A Circuit Court pre-trial conference has been scheduled for March 26, 2018.
