COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Dates for various construction projects around Coldwater this year have been firmed up.
City Manager Keith Baker says in his report for Monday’s City Council meeting that the Grand Street repaving project is scheduled to start in May and take about two to four weeks to complete.
In addition, the Division/Park Street railroad crossing will be reconstructed in July. There will be a detour around this area for about two weeks.
Baker says the Division/Marshall/Business Loop I-69 milling and repaving project will begin in August after the Branch County Fair.
The Chandler Plaza parking lot reconstruction will begin in April. There will be partial closures at first. The lot is anticipated to be fully closed in June or July until the work is finished in the fall.
