Parri Janelle Norman, 37, of Coldwater, passed away Friday, March 5, 2021 in Olivet. A private memorial service will be held with interment of ashes at Knauss Cemetery. Arrangements are being cared for by Dutcher Funeral Home.
Parri was born March 31, 1983 in Battle Creek, MI to James & Paula (Campbell) Norman. She attended Auburn and Lakeview High Schools and graduated with a 4.0 from Coldwater High School in 2001. She earned two Associate degrees and had been on the Dean’s list.
Parri had been a caregiver at Kozy Komfort Adult Foster Care in Battle Creek and The Villa in Marshall
Parri was actively involved in school as a cheerleader, baton, band and choir, theater and computer technology. She was fluent in Spanish and French, loved photography, traveling, water skiing and participating in interpretive and competitive dance and gymnastics. Her creativity and talent was immeasurable. She wrote poetry that was published, loved had a great love of music; composing and playing piano, trumpet, saxophone, trombone, violin and acoustic guitar. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her two daughters.
Parri is survived by her daughters Autumn and Audriella, her mother Paula Norman of Coldwater, her sisters Jodi (Mark) Cross of Hallsville, TX, Darlene (Craig) Frana of Arizona, her grandparents Richard & Jane Campbell of Battle Creek, her aunts and uncle Tom & Peg Bishop of Sherwood, Donella Norman of Fremont, IN, nieces and nephews Alexandra Cross, Sabrina Cross, Maddox Cross, Samuel Cross, Nathan Jones, David (Gabi Grutzius) Jones, Anne-E Jones, Schuyler Jones and Isla Jones. She was preceded in death by her father James Norman, her sister Dawn Norman, her brother James Norman II and grandparents Donald & Nora Norman.
