KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Police in Kalamazoo say an undetonated bomb filled with matches and razor blades was located at an apartment on Sunday.
Lt. David Moran told WWMT that the bomb, found at an apartment in the Westnedge Hill neighborhood, was made using a gallon-sized jug and based on early investigations didn’t appear to be targeted at anyone specific. He said it could have been part of an experiment, as several citizens had reported hearing explosions the night before.
Moran said the contents inside the bomb were being analyzed and that police had no witnesses or suspects at this point.
