FAYETTE TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – A teenage driver who had no license or permit was injured Wednesday night in a Hillsdale County accident.
The Hillsdale County Sheriff’s Department says the 15-year-old driver was traveling on Mauck Road which is a gravel road in Fayette Township just before 8:00 p.m. when the vehicle went out of control, left the road and struck a tree.
The driver was taken to Hillsdale Hospital for treatment of their injuries. 52-year-old Kelly Sue Carter of Pittsford and 17-year-old Nolan Jordan Reasoner were passengers in the vehicle. There was no mention in the Sheriff’s Department news release of any injuries to them.
Hillsdale Towing and the Jonesville Fire Department assisted the Sheriff’s Department.
