CLEAR LAKE, IN (WTVB) – The body of the missing wakesurfer in Clear Lake has been found. The Indiana Department of Natural Resources has identified the victim as 20-year-old John I. Adams of Lake Forest, Illinois.
Adams was reported missing at 6:42 p.m. Thursday night after a caller told Steuben County 911 the victim fell into the water and did not resurface.
