QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – There was a barn fire Sunday afternoon in Branch County’s Quincy Township. 911 Central Dispatch reported no injuries in the blaze on the northeast side of Marble Lake at 937 Hummingbird Lane.
The person who made the 911 call at 4:16 p.m. yesterday said smoke was visible coming from the barn. Quincy Fire department firefighters reached the location off Wildwood Beach road shortly before 4:30 p.m. and they reported the fire was out around 15 minutes later. The fire department left to return to the station at 5:00 p.m.
Life Care Ambulance was put on standby but did not respond to the scene. Further details were unavailable.
