HILLSDALE, MI (WTVB) – A Coldwater woman, who along with three of her children was injured in a traffic accident last July in Hillsdale County’s Allen Township, has entered into a plea agreement with theHillsdale County Prosecutors’s Office
26-year-old Kathrynne Lee Fidler of Coldwater admitted her guilt Monday in Hillsdale County Circuit Court to charges of possession of a psilocybin mushrooms and operating under the influence causing serious bodily injury.
A second count of O.U.I. causing serious bodily injury as well as a count of Possession of Methamphetamine will be dismissed in exchange for the guilty pleas.
Fidler is scheduled to be sentenced February 4, 2019.
The accident happened on Arkansas Road near Duck Lake Road when Fidler’s pickup rolled over and wound up on its passenger side against a tree.
Two of the children in the vehicle, ages six and four, were flown to Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.
Fidler and an eight-month-old were taken to Hillsdale Hospital. Another child in the vehicle was not injured.
