COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Branch County Board of Commissioners gave permission to the City of Coldwater Tuesday so that the city could put down sidewalk on county property as part of the Four Corners Park renovation project.
The city is looking to add a sidewalk that will flow into the county’s property.
County Administrator Bud Norman presented a diagram to Commissioners during last Friday’s work session and said the work is scheduled to take place later this year.
Norman added there is no cost to the county. In approving the request, the Commissioners felt the city should perform the maintenance since they already maintain the area up to the property line.
