COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Honor Credit Union, which has an office at 621 East Chicago in Coldwater, has announced that starting Monday they will be temporary shifting to Regional Member Center hubs around Michigan.
This will not affect the Coldwater location as it and 11 others around Michigan will remain full service.
Three other locations will be full service with no drive-through service while eight others including locations in Urbandale, Niles and Portage will only have service by appointments or drive throughs.
Honor Credit Union said in an e-mail to members this week that “the trickle-down effect of school closures, governmental restrictions, and rising infection rates impacts us all. We will get through it, but we may need to put on our ingenuity hats for the next few months. Our team members go to the same grocery stores, live in the same neighborhoods, and send their kids to the same schools you do – so we are taking a proactive approach for what additional disruptions might mean for our physical locations and our team.”
Honor Credit Union says their goal “is to make sure you are never too far away from a full-service location in the event that in-person service is preferred for more complex transactions.”
