SHERMAN TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – Michigan State Police are looking for two suspects in connection with a breaking and entering complaint that took place in the 27000 block of Featherstone Road north of Sturgis.
Troopers say the suspects told the homeowner they were there to give a quote for repairs to her roof.
One of the suspects requested that the homeowner follow him to the rear of the residence while the second suspect entered the residence through the front door.
The suspects were last seen in a newer light gray four door Chevrolet Silverado with tinted windows. The truck was pulling a trailer with wooden slotted sides and a tarp over the top of the trailer.
The vehicle was last seen heading east on Featherstone Road heading toward M-66.
