BATTLE CREEK, MI (WTVB) – While Calhoun County has recorded its 30th COVID-19 related death, the Calhoun County Health Department says there have been just one lab-confirmed positive COVID-19 test result from the Battle Creek mass-testing event in June and only two additional cases countywide over this last weekend.
As of Monday, Calhoun County has a cumulative total of 451 confirmed cases of COVID-19.
Of the 452 cases that have required hospitalizations, there are eight cases currently being treated in a Calhoun County medical care facility.
The department is encouraging residents to continue wearing masks, practice social distancing guideline and wash your hands for at least 20 seconds so that the positive trend continues.
