UNION CITY, MI (WTVB) – A suspect is in custody after the Michigan State Police were called to the Laundry Station in Union City on Sunday morning when a man was reported to be stealing quarters from a quarter machine.
The incident was reported at about 5:45 a.m..
Troopers found the man and recovered the stolen quarters.
The man was arrested for larceny in a building, breaking and entering of a coin machine, possession of methamphetamine, a weapons offense as well as receiving and concealing stolen property.
Troopers located other items in the vehicle which were believed to be stolen.
