COLDWATER, MI. – (WTVB) – The City of Coldwater Planning Commission meeting that was cancelled two weeks ago because of the COVID-19 outbreak has been rescheduled as an electronic special meeting for Thursday evening at 5:30 p.m..
The only item on Thursday’s agenda will be a site plan review from Grand Vista Assisted Living for a proposed convalescent care facility at 300 Vista Drive.
The 3.67 acre site is presently vacant. Plans call for a new 20 unit 12,000 square foot building and a 19 space parking lot.
The next regular meeting of the Planning Commission is scheduled for April 20th. It would have to be held electronically since City Hall won’t be open to the public until at least May first.
