BATTLE CREEK, MI (WTVB) – It was a tough night for Coldwater High School wrestlers Wednesday night, as they lost an Interstate 8 Conference match at Harper Creek 56-13.
The loss dropped Coldwater’s conference record to 3-4.
The Cardinal wins came from Marshall Hoard on a decision at 125, Nick Buchanan on a pin at 171 and from Cody Pike on a major decision at 189.
Coldwater wrestles next at the Bill Evans Memorial Tournament that will be hosted by Battle Creek Central this Saturday.
