UNION CITY, MI – (WTVB) – An historic Union City building is on the market.
According to a posting on the Union City Chamber of Commerce Facebook page, the “Farmers State Bank Building” which was constructed in 1876 at 301 North Broadway is now available for sale or lease. The 1,500 square foot building in downtown Union City has front and rear entrances.
It’s large enough that two or three businesses can share the space.
It is right across the street from the Village Green and the newly restored Dome.
There are many possible uses for the historic building. Anyone interested is asked to contact property owner Ron Gibson at (517) 741-7383.
