Despite debate, Coldwater City Council moves ahead with ordinance introduction

COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – It wasn’t unanimous, but the Coldwater City Council last night agreed to introduce an ordinance to organize the enforcement procedures for junk, garbage, vegetation and right of way nuisance violations. The decision after lengthy discussion was 7-2 in favor with councilmembers Heather Peet and Chris Pierce casting the no votes.
