COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Saginaw man entered pleas to a pair of sex charges on Monday in Branch County Circuit Court.
A court spokesperson says 21-year-old Skyler Rathburn entered no contest pleas to second and third degree criminal sexual conduct.
Rathburn was charged followed a Coldwater Police Department investigation in connection with alleged incidents that took place sometime between December 1, 2019 and January 31, 2020.
According to court documents, the alleged victim in the case was a girl who was nine-years-old at the time.
Rathburn is scheduled to receive his sentence on January 31.
