COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Winter property tax bills for residents in the City of Coldwater were mailed out as of December 1 with property tax payments are due by February 14, 2022.
Due to the State’s orders to combat the spread of COVID-19, the December Board of Review meeting on Tuesday morning at 10 am will be conducted virtually. The Board of Review is meeting on Tuesday is to consider year-end adjustments and administrative corrections.
Coldwater City Manager Keith Baker says residents will have an opportunity to appeal their property value assessments at the March 2022 Board of Review.
