VICKSBURG, MI (WTVB) – After a rain-out last Tuesday, Coldwater’s boys’ cross-country team ran in a hastily rescheduled meet at Vicksburg on Friday.
In the four-team race, the Cardinals finished third behind Berrien Springs and Vicksburg.
Berrien Springs had a winning low total of 34 points, Vicksburg notched 39, the Cards tallied 57 and Kalamazoo Hackett finished fourth with 105.
Juniors John Aerts (17:54) and Myron Lafty (18:03) led the Coldwater effort with third and fourth place finishes.
The Coldwater girl’s team did not compete on Friday.
