COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Roads in parts of Branch County got slick in a hurry mid-afternoon yesterday with a light snow on top of icy patches and Central Dispatch took calls on ten traffic accidents and more than a dozen slide-offs. There were no reports of anyone being hurt in the crashes.
The first slide off happened around 2:30 pm on Flint Road with the first property damage accident coming on Northbound I-69 about 4 pm. Conditions started to finally improve after 7 pm.
