COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – “Bridge Magazine” is out today with its fourth annual Academic State Champs report. The review ranks schools in Michigan from best to worst considering test scores and income levels of students’ families. No Branch County schools made the top 25 but a close by one did, the Burr Oak School District at 23rd best in the state.
In Branch County, the top rated school system, out of 507 statewide, was Quincy at 195. Union City was 244, Coldwater 264, and Pansophia Academy 467. The Bronson school district didn’t show up in the rankings because it didn’t have available grades to compare at all 3 levels of elementary, middle school and high school.
